Vacation Rental Description

Great News!!! The new public beach path is now open!!! Our home at 
182 West Flamingo Circle is just one block away, so you can easily 
walk back and forth to the best part of Marco's beautiful crescent 
beach, just north of the Marriott. We provide beach chairs, towels, 
and a cooler for your day at the beach.

The home's floor plan makes it ideally suited for two couples or 
families. One side of the home consists of the master bedroom with 
queen bed and attached bath, formal dining room, and formal living 
room with new furniture including a queen sleeper sofa. The 
spacious, bright white kitchen, situated in the middle of the home, 
has a pass-through window to an outdoor snack bar. 

The more casual side of the home includes a family room with leather 
furniture and 30" Wide screen TV, casual dining area, two bedrooms 
(queen bed and two twin beds), shared bath, laundry room, and two-
car garage. All bedrooms have their own TV and clock radio.

The house features tile floors throughout for a low allergen 
environment. 

Three sliding glass doors lead out to the expansive lanai with pool, 
spa, patio furniture, and gas grill. A portion of the lanai provides 
sun protection and the entire area is covered by a screened pool 
enclosure. The backyard also contains fruit trees and a grassy play 
area and is surrounded on three sides by hedges for privacy.

This is one of three homes we have available on the same street. 
They are the perfect solution for multi-family vacations or for 
those attending conferences at the Marriott.

HIGH SPEED WIRELESS INTERNET service is provided at no extra cost, 
so don't forget your laptop!
