This newly furnished home offers 4 large bedrooms. The main floor master has it's own private access to the pool area. You can also lie in the King size bed and watch the 32" flat screen TV or simply enjoy your view of the pool. The 3 Queen size rooms are all located on the second storey and all offer fantastic views of the surrounding foothills.  There is also a double murphy bed in the games room.

Cooking is a pleasure in this fully equipped kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances. Enjoy the views it has to offer of the dream like backyard and pool. Savour your morning coffee in this sunbathed kitchen that opens onto the family room with it's 50" flat screen TV and a sofa that seats 6. There is also a separate formal living room for entertaining or just relaxing while reading a book or the paper.

Situated among the hills of Mesa, 20 minutes from the Sky Harbor Internat’l airport it is close to all amenities including, nature reserve, golf, mountain biking, shopping, and some of the best restaurants in Phoenix. With easy access to highway 202, Scottsdale and downtown Phoenix are within a 30 minute drive.

If you enjoy boating, or simply like to be around the water, there are several lakes close by; Saguaro Lake is a short 20 minute drive, it offers a boat launch, a marina with boat rentals and\or a lake cruise, there are also several picnic areas. Canyon Lake is 40 minutes away and also offers all of these. If you're a bit more adventurous, head up to Roosevelt Lake (approx. 2 hours), which is the biggest of the surrounding lakes.
