Vacation Rental Description

This condo is perfect for the family or a group of adults with lots 
of room to spread out. Over 1,250sf of beautifully updated space 
with many extras such as DVDs, CDs, books, videos, games and water 
toys for the indoor pool. You'll be surrounded by pines and aspens 
and know you're in the mountains. As owners, we spend lots of time 
at the condo ourselves and have it set up so everything you'll need 
for a great stay is right there.

Catch the mountain air on the private balcony or unwind by the no-
fuss gas log fireplace. 

Our totally remodelled kitchen has all new new cabinets, GE and 
Whirlpool appliances and granite tile countertops. It is fully 
equipped for the culinary-minded.

The complex features a wonderful clubhouse with large indoor heated 
pool, sauna and jacuzzi. You can catch the efficient and free 
shuttle service to the River Run or Mountain House lifts, just 
minutes away.

This is truly a home away from home you'll want to come back to.

We work hard at keeping the condo in top condition and comfortable - 
sorry, but no pets or smoking.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Master bedroom has king bed; second bedroom has two twin beds; queen 
sleeper sofa in family room; built-in window seat/day bed is double. 
All beds are very comfortable and new over the past few years.

Gas fireplace; Weber gas BBQ; phone; high speed internet; Cable TV 
(3); VCR; DVD (2)with assortment of movies for all ages; Stereo with 
assortment of CDs; Games and books for kids and adults. All linens 
provided.

Large fully stocked kitchen includes microwave, toaster oven, 
dishwasher, blender, ice maker, everything you need if you want to 
cook or entertain.

Clubhouse is 50 yards from condo and has large indoor heated pool, 
sauna, jacuzzi.  Towels provided at clubhouse.

Sorry - no pets or indoor smoking.

Plus 5.6% tax. Additional $75 cleaning charge for stays of less than 
4 nights.
