Deposit is refundable within 14 days after rental vacated & inspected. All monies due (rent, deposit and cleaning) due 30 days prior to rental.
Cancellation policy: 30 days or more - full refund. 29 to 15 days - 50% refund. Less than 15 days - no refund.
Cleaning Fee: $85.00 non-refundable.
