Vacation Rental Description

Relax in this brand-new, luxury 3BR, 3BA condo includes a 42" HDTV, 
and a garage as well as views of the Intracoastal Waterway. This 
single-level floor plan provides 1900 square feet of exquisitely 
detailed and furnished living space.

Built in 2006/2007, this brand new condominium has spectacular views 
of the Intracoastal where you can watch the parade of majestic 
yachts quietly drift up and down the waterway while sipping a cool 
drink from your own oversized Florida style lanai. A great 
environment for bird and dolphin watching with over 3 miles of 
walking trails - over a mile of that along the Intracoastal. No 
detail was spared in this elegantly designed, lavishly furnished 
condominium - full of upgrades and perfectly suited for large 
groups. 

This is Tidelands Condo Unit 1815 in the Ocean Hammock Resorts in 
Palm Coast, Florida (which is on the East Coast of Florida - is 20 
miles south of St. Augustine & 25 miles north of Daytona Beach 
Florida and 85 miles east of Disney World).

The kitchen, with granite countertops, is a well-equipped gourmet 
kitchen full of amenities. The kitchen is open to the living and 
dining rooms that have spectacular views. 

The three bedrooms and two bathrooms are a split plan for more 
privacy. The master suite off the living room has a king size bed 
(sleeps 2) from which you can watch TV or enjoy panoramic views. The 
oversized master bath has separated his and hers vanities, a large 
tub, and a separate shower stall. Back down the hallway are two 
beautifully decorated and comfortable guest bedrooms, each with 
generous closet space. One guest room has a queen bed (sleeps 2). 
The other bedroom has two twins (sleeps 2). The living room couch 
also converts to a queen-size sleeper sofa (sleeps 2). The unit also 
has a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. 

The lanai overlooking the Intracoastal waterway is probably the true 
highlight for any guest. With comfortable chairs and a dining area 
that can easily accommodate guests, this may be the only place you 
dine during your vacation. 

This condo is managed by Vacation Rental Pros Property Management 
LLC which is owned by Steve Milo. Steve Milo is also a licensed 
Florida Real Estate Agent for Vacation Rental Pros LLC. 

Additional $150 end of stay cleaning fee. $45 Security Damage Waiver

Vacation Rental Amenities

Our condo is located just a short walk to the Tidelands beach 
clubhouses which includes a heated pool, outdoor jacuzzi, an adult 
game room, and a fitness center. The Tideland Clubhouse, designed 
with adults in mind, offers a secluded environment and includes a 
spectacular swimming pool, chairs and umbrellas. The livelier Family 
Pool area (will open October 2007) includes a gradual slope entrance 
for kids a "water play, splash zone", and views of the Intracoastal 
Waterway. There is also tennis courts (in 2008). 

Amenities: Includes high speed Internet, AC, heat. Plus, new color 
TVs, DVD players, CD players, phone, full kitchen including; 
dishes / utensils / cookware / microwave / dishwasher/ coffeemaker, 
washer & dryer, linens / towels. Note: Beach towels and beach chairs 
are at the pools. Condo sleeps 8-10. 

Activities and Attractions

Our luxury condo is nestled along a mile of Intracoastal Waterway 
shoreline! 80 lush acres provide magnificent views of calm waters 
ideal for kayaking, canoeing, or cruising. Access it all from 
walking and biking trails that wind their way around the lakes, 
along the Waterway, and through the community. Try out the nearby 
hot spot - European Village with outdoor eateries and gourmet 
restaurants.
