Imagine a vacation in your very own elegant, mountain chalet.  The Lodge at Snowy Point is all about what a mountain vacation should be. Nestled into a quiet cul de sac and just across the drive from the ski slopes this seven bedroom luxury vacation rental is an incredible place to stay while enjoying Breckenridge. 

Walking into the property from the two oversized solid wood doors you automatically get the feeling that this is going to be a property that your group will come back to every time the opportunity comes around.  The feeling of warmth, mountain elegance and peaceful serenity is overwhelming. 

Imagine a real wood fire burning in a very open see through fireplace from the entry into the kitchen.  The massive rock fireplace and expansive cathedral ceilings open up to various log built staircases, hallways, and rooms in every direction.  The kitchen is fully outfitted with top of the line appliances and everything you might need to prepare a meal.  A huge gas stove and oversized sub zero refrigerator/freezer set ups are more than adequate to accommodate even the largest groups.  Just off the kitchen is a formal dining room and table set up for 10+ people.  Additional seating can be found at the breakfast table (10) and around the kitchen bar (4).

Just off the kitchen area is the grand room complete with cathedral ceilings, floor to ceiling windows, plush and comfortable sofas, another large fireplace, and flatscreen television. This is a large, very open area and floor plan with the kitchen allowing your entire group space to relax while still being in the same  general area.  An executive office complete with (2) twin sleeper sofas complete the main floor.

For the ultimate in relaxation there is a 10x10 private outdoor hot tub on the deck off of the kitchen area.  There is nothing better than a quick soak in the hot tub before bed after a long day on the slopes! On this same deck area is a BBQ grill for your convenience.

Also on the main floor with private outdoor access, or access through the garage is the Cottage Suite.  This is a very private additional accommodation which is great for those wishing a little more privacy or those that may have a small family and need to be able to care for them separate from the main group. The Cottage Suite has a kitchenette, small dining area, living room, and bedroom all in an open plan.  There is a flat screen tv, fireplace, and full bathroom associated with this suite.  There is also a queen pull out sofa.

Heading downstairs a large recreation room opens up suddenly in front of you.  A large cocktail table, and various loungers provide seating with a billiards table and wet bar just in front of you.  Enjoy the game on the flat screen television, while shooting a game of pool, and enjoying the time with your group.  If the large flat screen isn't enough for your group head over to the private theater room and all of the sudden the players are nearly life size!  A queen sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping accommodations, and for your convenience there is also a full bathroom on this level. 

The upstairs of the property is made up of two separate wings with a hallway that overlooks the grand room below.  On the West Wing there are 4 master bedrooms, each with their own private bath.  Each bedroom boasts ample space and enough privacy so that groups can spread out after a long day on the slopes.  Walking down the hall between the East and West Wings you find a large bunk room that has 2 sets of twin bunk beds (4 beds total) and a private bath.  Continuing on down the hall you find a lounge with an array of comfortable sofas, a flat screen tv, Xbox 360.  One of the sofas is a queen pull out for additional sleeping accommodations.  The East Wing of the chalet is devoted entirely to the master suite.  With a king bed, walk in closets, fireplace, tv, and an elegant bathroom you are sure to be able to relax and enjoy your vacation.

In the summer this property is just steps from National Forest service, walking and biking trails.  It is also a short 10-15 minute walk from the Base of Peak 8 where you will find the Breckenridge Peak 8 fun park (20 minute walk to town).  A combination of alpine slides, a roller coaster, mini golf, lift served hiking and mountain biking, and other great activities make up this great outdoor activity base in the summer.   In the winter time this property is just steps from two access points that will put you out on green runs and provide your group with easy access for skiing and riding.  Due to Breckenridge having several varying definitions of ski access, this access is literally 50 steps from the garage ski room of this property over to where you put your gear on.  Even little children shouldn't have difficulty with this access.  The year round, free, shuttle is just a 3 block walk from the property so access to the base of Peak 8 or the downtown area is very easy no matter the time of year that you are vacationing.

This property can accommodate a maximum of 16 adults, or 24 total with children.
The minimum age limit to rent 30. Guests under the age of 30 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
This property can accommodate a maximum of 6 vehicles.
4x4 is highly recommended during any date that snow may occur.
Ski access is steps from Green or Beginner Runs
Minimum night stay requirements do apply, and for dates that allow less than a 5 night minimum stay there is a cleaning fee of $475 + tax that will be applied to your rental.
The refundable damage deposit is $1500.00 and will be collected in advance.
