Come enjoy this spectacular, five bedroom, three bath, three car
garage luxury cabin built in 2005. This spacious, 3000 Sq.Ft. cabin
is located on a wooded-view lot and is just 8 miles from Heavenly
Valley Ski Resort and 10 miles from South Lake Tahoe casinos. The
cabin sleeps up to 16 guests and features high vaulted ceilings
finished in lovely log pine, two gas fireplaces on gorgeous, river-
rock hearths, beautiful knotty alder hardwood flooring, and
luxurious bed/bath linens for that perfect vacation getaway. The
island kitchen, living room and dining area are an open design
adjacent to a large deck that includes a 7-person spa and gas BBQ
grill. The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with stainless steel
appliances, stunning granite countertops, and spacious alder wood
cabinetry. The large master suite, located on the upper level,
features a cozy gas fireplace, Jacuzzi bath, and an awesome steam
room for ultimate relaxation. Enjoy an 8 Ft. billiard table and bar
area on the lower level.

The family room is located on the lower level and houses an 8 Ft.
slate top Levello28™ billiard table. Enjoy a game of billiards or
just relax in front of the gorgeous river rock gas fireplace. A
queen sofa bed, manufactured by AU (an American Leather Company) is
also located on the lower level. AU sofa beds, rated as
the “world’s best sofa bed,” offer an advanced unidirectional
suspension system, a solid support base with no hidden bars and
premium high density, high resiliency foam.
Relax on the sleek, modular combination loveseat & chaise sofa in
the spacious living room located on the upper level. A rustic-style
table with matching benches/chairs seats up to ten guests in the
dining area. Just outside the sliding glass doors is an upper deck
area that includes a 7-person spa and gas BBQ grill. Perfect for
that starry night or sunny day!
The fully stocked island kitchen is located on the upper level and
includes all the amenities of a luxury home: Stunning granite
counter tops, beautiful alder wood cabinetry, and brand new,
stainless steel appliances
The large master bedroom with adjoining walk-in closet is located on
the upper level and includes an Eastern king size bed and Sealy
Adornment Plush mattress. Snuggle in front of the cozy gas
fireplace or indulge yourself in the Jacuzzi bath or steam room.
The master bath includes striking slate and travertine-tiled walls,
countertops, and flooring.
All other bedrooms include a queen size bed, fitted with a Sealy
Adornment Plush mattress, and an alarm clock.

RENTAL POLICY AND INFORMATION
Prior to making your reservations, we ask that you carefully review
our policies and procedures.
REQUIREMENTS: Two (2) night minimum stay is required, except during
peak and holiday periods when minimum stay requirements are longer.
Last minute reservations are always welcome but are subject to
availability.
PAYMENTS: Payments may be made by personal check, cashiers check or
money order. Personal checks returned will have a $20.00 service fee
charged.
CHECK-IN TIME is 4:00 PM and CHECK OUT TIME is 11:00 AM.
Unauthorized extensions beyond check out time will result in a half
to full day charge against your security deposit. To avoid such
charges please call us prior to 10:00 AM to see if a late check out
is possible.
SUPPLIES: Upon arrival you will find a starter set of soaps, toilet
paper & paper towels, coffee, tea cream and sugar. You may want to
bring or plan on locally purchasing additional supplies to last your
entire stay.
AMENITIES: Children under 16 have to be supervised by adults when
using the jacuzzi baths, hot tub, and pool table. Safety of the
children is the sole responsibility of the accompanying adults.
Owners waive any responsibility and liability for any accidents
which may arise from use of the jacuzzi baths, hot tub, and pool
table. In addition, owners waive any responsibility for any
accidents which may arise due to snow, ice, and any other hazardous
conditions, and negligence by guests or any members of their party.
FIREWOOD: There are three gas fireplaces in the property. Firewood
is not necessary since these are all environmentally-safe gas
fireplaces.
TELEPHONES: There is a telephone line that allows unlimited local
calls but will require a calling card or credit card to place long
distance calls.
HOUSEKEEPING: All reservations are subject to a housekeeping charge
of $150.00 for departure cleaning. This charge is itemized in your
statement. For weekly guests, daily housekeeping services can be
provided upon request for an extra charge of $120.00 daily. An
initial bed linen set and one set of bath towels per person are
provided. Guests are asked to leave the house with trash gathered
and left in the garbage bins inside the garage, dishes washed or
dishwasher started and furniture arranged as upon arrival. If the
house is left excessively dirty, your security deposit will be
charged for additional cleaning charges. Our housekeeping staff will
make the final preparations of the house for the next guests.
PETS: Our property is not designed to safely house pets. Contact us
for further information.
AIR CONDITIONING: As Lake Tahoe enjoys a temperate climate during
summer, we do not have air-conditioning.
DEPOSITS: Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of deposit of 50%
of total charges.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: All rentals require a security deposit. The
minimum deposit is $800.00 but may be made higher due to special
circumstances. The security deposit must be paid together with the
payment of the remaining fifty percent (50%) 30 days before arrival
date. However, deposits for weekly Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New
Years reservations must be received 60 days before arrival. Any
damages to the unit resulting from misuse, neglect abuse or theft by
the guest or any member of his party or invitee will be charged to
the security deposit. We will deposit the security deposit upon
receiving it. The security deposit shall be refunded back within 10
days after receiving the keys to the property if the property is
left in good condition. **
REFUNDS: Fifty percent (50%) of deposit is refundable is the
reservation is canceled at least 30 days prior to your arrival. No
refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 30 days of
arrival for any reason and within 60 days of arrival for weekly
Holiday bookings. Security deposit of $700.00 is refundable after
ten days after keys are mailed back if property is left without any
damages or excessive dirt. **
