3BR/2BA Gulf to Bay Getaway in Little Gasparilla Island

Our home has three bedrooms and two baths, built on stilts in a Key
West-style. The property is surrounded by lush vegetation, coconut
palms, and a canopy of pines leading to the beach just 300 feet
from the house. Our home is centrally located and is the same distance from the beach and bay. We do not have a beach view, but our dock and the bay can be seen from our lane.   A beautiful screened front porch with fans and
comfortable furniture offers a delightful morning and evening
gathering spot where you can also have your favorite meals "al
fresco."
The main floor of the house has a living room/dining room, a full-
size kitchen with a pantry, as well as a washer and dryer. There are
two bedrooms on the main floor, one with a king-size bed and the
other with two twin-size beds. This floor also has one bathroom with
a bathtub and a skylight.
On the bottom level of the house is the third bedroom, with a full-
size bed and one bathroom with a shower. A screened outdoor grilling
kitchen was built just last year for your convenience and has a gas
grill, a smoker, and counter space to cook the "catch of the day."
There is also a utility room for all the "beach equipment".
Rent a golf cart to meet all your on island transportation needs.
Water taxi is available upon request.  Bring plenty of fresh water to drink.  The well water is suitable for cleaning and cooking, but not for drinking.
