Our  SPACIOUS 1453sq. ft. 1bedroom/1bath Villa is beautiful, fully furnished and in a  QUIET location in the Resort.  This resort has everything you need-Pools, Tennis, Fitness, Restaurant, Sauna, jacuzzi's, volleyball, golfing...the list goes on and on!!

Some features of the Villa are  end unit, ocean  views.  This villa has quick access to the quiet Adult pool and those with children the larger pool is just a short walk within the resort.

The unit has one bedroom (14'x14') The bathroom (14'x9')features a Tub Shower Combo-large soaking tub, double vanities and a bidet. The large galley kitchen has all appliances and including a pantry, spice cabinet and full size side by side washer/dryer. The unit has a desk and work space for the business traveler. A large living room (14x15), dining room (14x15) and lanai (29'x13') complete the layout.

Cooled by the trade winds, mountain breezes, ceiling fans, and being  end unit with lots of windows on three sides and sliding doors in livingroom and diningroom to huge lanai, has excellent cross ventilation. Both the Villa and Resort are non-smoking, although there are designated smoking areas with-in the Resort. The unit has everything one would want for a you to completely enjoy your stay.
