Okaloosa Island is located 1 mile west of Destin Fl and has some of
the largest natural sand dunes and wide white powder sand beaches.
**Okaloosa Island is preserved mostly due to its low density
building guidelines and undeveloped beach. It is situated between
two designated "National Seashores'". The Gulf Front condos have
panoramic views of the gulf and inter coastal views for the perfect
Island atmosphere of beach and boats.
There are several excellent restaurants on Okaloosa Island that are
gulf front allowing for an uninterrupted day at the beach. Truly a
vacation destination for the whole family! You don�t even have to
leave the Island as the beach side Gulfarium is as entertaining for
adults as it is for kids. The water sports are phenomenal on any
given day you may see people kite surfing, wind surfing,
parasailing, or board surfing the gulf waves along some of the
largest areas of undeveloped beachfront property on The Emerald
Coast.
*Fish right in front of our condo, or at the Okaloosa Municipal pier
down the beach, or rent your own boat at nearby marinas or catch a
charter for some unbelieveable deep sea fishing!

coastal paradise that can be as active or as quiet as you choose.

Personal checks and money orders preferred. Credit cards accepted via PayPal. A handling fee of 3.0% for domestic credit card transactions. International credit card handling fee is slightly higher.

Minimum age to rent is 25. Pets not allowed except to assist with disabilities.
