This House has  been remodeled & was listed for the first time in 2011, we had many wonderful guests & several are returning for their second year with us!!!!

Location: Northwest of Camdenton/Southwest of Sunrise Beach,  Lake of the Ozarks, Missouri, USA    (West of Osage Beach)On the Calm Waters of the Little Niangua Arm

Enjoy your own private get away spot at the beautiful Lake of the Ozarks. Summer Fun at the lake. Escape the city to relax in our quiet country setting, or stay year round. 2,100 sq. ft. home on the water enjoying the smooth water at the 5.4 Mile Marker of the Little Niangua Arm of the Lake of the Ozarks. Very few steps to the water. There is a dock with plenty of fishing & swimming space and a 10' x 24' slip for your boat. If you like the outdoors you'll love the lower patio with ample eating and seating areas and gas grill. There is a covered balconey on the upper level overlooking the lake.
Enjoy the calm, glassy waters found on the Little Niangua. This smooth water provides the perfect conditions for water-skiing, tubing, personal watercrafts, and swimming. It's also no secret that these waters boast some of the best bass fishing in the Midwest. Also great crappie, walleye, channel catfish and paddlefish fishing.
The view of the lake, the bluffs across the way and sunsets you will experience will be breathtaking.

The 3 bathrooms all have a shower/tub. One of the bathrooms is off of the Master Bedroom which has a Queen size bed. There is a King size bed in one bedroom, Full size bed in one and the 4th Bedroom sleeps 4 in a Full/Twin Bunk and an additional Twin Bed.
An inflatable mattress is also provided.
The fully equipped kitchen has a microwave, crock pot, coffee pot, pots, pans, utensils, etc. Range with smooth top cooking surface, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker.

Lower level has a bar equipped with compact frig, microwave, blender, everything you need to fix those cool drinks to enjoy while lounging on the patio just outside the door.

We are required to collect 8.975% tax on Rental Fee
