Bedrooms are carpeted. Split bedrooms for privacy and plenty of closet space. Ideal alfresco dining patio w/gas barbeque. Master bedroom (w/spacious master bath w/tub, separate shower and two sinks) has a queen size bed and guest room w/private bath has twin beds.

Minimum rate: 3 nights/$250. Regular rates: $450-$525 per week depending on the season. $1500-$1750 per month depending on the season.
Cleaning Fee non-refundable $125 one-time only.
20% deposit to hold the property. 40% due 90 days prior to arrival. A final payment, 40%, due 30 days prior to arrival.
Reservations cancelled prior to 30 days before arrival will receive complete return of all payments.
