SECURITY DEPOSIT. Discounts for multiple week rentals. THIS CONDO IS BEAUTIFUL AND VERY CONVENIENT TO EVERYTHING.  SWIMMING POOL IS OPEN FOR THE ENTIRE MONTH OF SEPTEMBER. SEPTEMBER RATE IS $1425. PLUS SECURITY DEPOSIT.

Biking, beach, swimming, tennis, miniature golf, go carts, water park, restaurants, shopping, water sports (kayak, jet ski, boating, fishing).  Plenty of activities available year round.

Summer Rate:    Rate is $1450 - $1500. US Dollars per week. 

$200 Security Deposit and 50% of rental rate is due upon lease signing via Certified/Cashier's check.

Remaining balance due 30 days prior to check in date via Certified/Cashier's check.
