There are 2 cabins on this property both with high beamed ceilings and open floor plans well suited to gatherings of family and friends. The main cabin sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms and 2 on a sleeper sofa in living room and has 2 full baths. A guest cabin is available for an additional charge (or rented alone with use of pool and game room--last minute only when main cabin is not rented) which sleeps up to 4 on a King and 2 twins and has 1 full bath. Together both cabins will sleep a maximum of 10.

This spacious cabin and guest cabin sit on a private, peaceful, gated 2 acre estate bordering Giant Sequoia Ntl. Monument and is only 12 miles from the Big trees, lakes, rivers and waterfalls at Balch Park. These unique solar-powered cabins boast a spring water swimming pool, billiard room, travertine double shower and claw foot tub and high exposed beam ceilings. High speed Internet / Wifi available. Hike from your back door!

This property has beautiful park like grounds with outdoor activities such as swimming pool, tether ball, ping pong and hoop shooting. Indoor game room has a full size Billiard table and Tornado Foosball table.

Washer and dryer, fridge with icemaker, new dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, coffee maker, microwave, coffee grinder, blender, propane barbeque, large screen TV, DVD collection, games, toy boxes are all provided.

Free Wifi, iPod stereo, high chair, wood stove and firewood, luxury linens, towels, beach towels and down comforters are all provided.

Avoid hectic tourist crowds and discover the quiet beauty of the Giant Sequoia forests, rivers, lakes and waterfalls in Balch Park and Mountain Home State Forest within Sequoia National Monument. Ride horses among the Giants, hike, fish, bike and cross country ski. This cabin is located near the picturesque village of Springville with restaurants, shops, local entertainment, a new park and visitors center. Come for the Springville Sierra Professional Rodeo and Jackass Mail Run Weekend in April, wildflower touring March through May, bull riding events in August and Apple Festival in October.
