High vaulted ceilings and large windows make this a great home for up to 4 adults. Live like the locals in this unit with good ocean and mountain views, a big yard, with picnic tables, lawn chairs, and a gas BBQ grill. This brand new cottage was completed in April, 2004, and is decorated Tommy Bahamas, Island Style, featuring solid teak furniture from Bali. It has a fully equipped modern kitchen, washer/dryer, cable TV, stereo, telephone, beach chairs, beach toys, and beach towels. Enjoy the sun set while barbequing fresh Ahi Tuna in the big back yard complete with tropical garden, and a picnic table. It's located in a quiet South Kihei residential neighborhood, within walking distance to a great beach (150 yards). You can see Cove Park from this home and walk to Charley Young Beach a few blocks away. Cove Park is the best surf spot in Kihei. It's great for beginners who rent surf boards and take lessons right at the park. Charley Young Beach is a local beach near Kamaole Beach Park I. Snorkel around the right point to see Turtles, Needle Fish and other marine life. Swimming, body boarding and sunbathing are good on towards the left. Walk three blocks into Kihei to enjoy sport bars, shopping, dining and other tourist attractions. You can swim at the community pool one mile north.
