This year round home is located in Milton, NH and is within 40
minutes of North Conway, Lake Winnipesauke and historic Portsmouth,
NH. This home has a beautiful beach, dock and lots of windows that
overlook the lake. It sleeps 8 comfortably and has a huge stone
fireplace in a great room that overlooks the lake as well. It is an
open concept and has lots of space to enjoy! It has 3 bedrooms and
is a great place to enjoy water skiing, knee boarding, swimming, ice
skating in the winter and just relaxing on the beach!

3 Bedrooms, 1 full size bathroom, Stone Fireplace, Living room with
deck access, eat in kitchen, TV and cable with VCR, large walk out
basement with access to the lake and a sandy beach.
