Villa Pamela-3BR Paradise in Grassy Key

“Villa Pamela” – the newest addition at Tropical Vacation Villas, is a beautiful "suites" villa on Grassy Key, Marathon, Florida. Each of the three master suites has its own private bathroom, a seating area, and a flat screen TV. Two of the suites have King beds. The third suite has two convertible twin beds – one can be converted to a King bed and the other can be converted to two twin beds – so four adults can sleep in this room, or a bunch of kids. There is also a queen size pull-out sofa in the living room.

This house was completely renovated in the Fall of 2010. It has all new stone counters in the kitchen. The bathrooms were re-done with new fixtures, vanities and stone tops. The bedrooms have all new beds, bedding and furniture – everything you touch is new, except the travertine marble floors.

A full width screened porch overlooks the Gulf of Mexico – with dining for eight. The inside dining table also seats eight. The living room seats ten – you can watch the game on the 47" flat screen TV. There is plenty of room in this house for your family and friends.

The pool is heated, and you can enjoy the spa as well. There is a shady lanai under the porch, or bask in the sun on the pool deck. We supply plenty of seating and lounging chairs. There is a sandy beach between the pool and the Gulf where the sun worshippers can catch rays, or the kids can play. We even have an outdoor fireplace for evenings out by the water.

The dock leads to 4 feet of water at low tide – bring your 40 foot boat and tie up. There are plenty of fish right in the Gulf if you don't want to take the boat out. Snappers, tarpon barracuda, jacks and plenty of others will keep you entertained. In addition to fish, you might see manatees, dolphins, sea turtles, rays or other creatures right at the dock. Lobsters and stone crabs live on the bottom – Grassy Key is famous for lobstering. The bird life is also amazing – the salt meadows attract them all to Grassy Key – pelicans, herons, egrets, frigate birds, spoon bills and ibises – you will see them all.
