One-of-a-kind in the Crystal Beach community of Destin, Florida!  Consisting of four beautifully furnished tropical cabanas, this beach house offers guests the opportunity to enjoy a memorable vacation TOGETHER...without having to forfeit privacy!  It's like vacationing at your own private mini-resort!  There's plenty of space, both indoors and outdoors, for your group to be together...or sneak away to your own cabana for some rest and relaxation! 

Your family will love cooling off in the large (heated) private pool and relaxing as the sun sets behind the palms while they gather exculsively in our spacious tropical courtyard (with 10 lounge chairs, outdoor dining for 16, & new gas grill)!

All four of our charming cabanas are attached under one roof; combined, they form a 3029 sq. ft. single-story beach house.  With the Gulf of Mexico less than a block away, it's an easy sidewalk stroll to the beach boardwalk which takes you over the sea dunes and onto the sugar-soft white sand of the world-renown Emerald Coast!  Located in the heart of Destin, our "Coastal Breeze" is not only near to the beach...it's close to all the restaurants, shopping, and attractions our town offers! All these things make the "Coastal Breeze Cabanas" idealic for family vacations, reunions, wedding parties, & large groups.

The layouts are as follows:
Cabana 1-King bedroom, bunk room (double bootom/single top), full bathroom, dining room, kitchen, laudry, & living room with sofa sleeper
Cabana 2-King bedroom, queen bedroom, full bathroom, dining room, kitchen, laundry, & living room with sofa sleeper
Cabana 3-King bedroom, queen bedroom, full bathroom, dining room, kitchen, laundry, & living room with sofa sleeper
Cabana 4-Queen bedroom, full bathroom, kitchen, laundry, extended dining room and extended living room with sofa sleeper
     *We have two Pack-n-plays and two high chairs which are available upon request!

Want to bring your boat down with you for some family fun in the sun?!  We have plenty of space for you to park your boat/trailer (or R/V) on our property...with the public boat launch merely minutes away!!

With HEATED private pool (18'x30'), gas grill, Wi-Fi internet, ipod dock, cable TVs in every bedroom and livingroom, DVD players, washer/dryer (in each of our four cabanas), linenes, bath towels, microwaves, blenders, toasters, coffee makers, iron/boards.

Parking for 10 vehicles!  Parking also available for R/V or boat & trailer!

At our beach access (less than a block away) Excel Water Sports offers parasailing, dolphin tours and jet ski rentals!  At that same location, beach chair/umbrella setups are also available to rent for the day or the week!

Within close proximity of: boating, jet-skiing, parasailing, fishing, dinner cruises, shopping, dining, wine-tasting, biking, spa treatments, waterpark, thrill rides, IMAX, pier, zoo, gulfarium, paddle boarding, golfing, putt-putt, tennis and more!

Rates calculated for 15 guests.  Add $100 dollars per additional guest up to 23 maximum guests.

Cleaning Fee: $150-200
Refundable Damage Deposit: $800-1000
Taxes: 11% of rate
     *Pool heating available during off-season for additional fee
     *Additional Fees for holidays may apply

Half of rate required to reserve the property.  Remaining balance due 40 days prior to arrival.  We accept payment in the form of personal check or paypal (additional 3% online transaction fee applied).
