Located in the center of Ocean City, this beautiful bungalow is one block from the bay and six blocks from the boardwalk and beach.  

From our house, on the corner of 14th and Simpson, you can walk to everything - the bay, the beach, the boardwalk, restaurants, surf shops, gift shops, and plenty more.  Our house is conveniently located for experiencing A Night in Venice in July and the sunset on the bay throughout the summer.

This property is located in Ocean City, New Jersey. Ocean City is a family oriented resort town located on an island along the Atlantic Ocean about 20 minutes south of the Atlantic City casinos. There is a bayfront area for watersports, fishing charters, and boat rentals. We have a 2.5 mile boardwalk with amusement piers, shopping, and restaurants. There is a music pier entertainment venue built out over the ocean for concerts and other events. 

A Night in Venice is one of the world's largest boat parades!  Every year, Ocean City invites boaters from all over to light up a summer night starting at the foot of the Longport Bridge.  Cruise along the bay from the bridge to Tennessee Avenue, or sit on the shore and watch the show!  Our house in conveniently located near the bay for a Night in Venice.

Corsons Inlet State Park’s offers outstanding scenic beauty and endless opportunities for observing a multitude of migratory and residential wildlife species. Corson’s Inlet is extremely popular for hiking, fishing, crabbing, boating and sunbathing.  

In place of a non-refundable security deposit, a $49 non-refundable Property Damage Protection Plan payment is required for all rentals. Specific details will be included in lease.

Please note, all weeks start and end on Saturdays. We only rent to tenants who are 25 years of age and older.

Monthly rates:
