The luxurious Villa Picasso built in 2005 is simply a Top of the  
line Rental. Too much to list, Brick Pavers Driveway, Sidewalk,  
Entry and Pool Deck. Take a swim in Salt Water! The Pool Deck is on  
two elevations and offers a Jacuzzi, Four Rock Waterfalls with  
Stream into the Pool and tastefully landscaped within the Cage. The  
front of the house as well as the Pool area are nicely landscaped  
and with landscaping lights, very romantic especially at the Pool  
Deck. 
 
The inside... Living Room, Dining Room, 3 Bedroom, Master Suite with  
King, 2nd Bedroom with Queen, 3rd Bedroom with Twin Beds. Custom  
designed luxurious Kitchen with all stainless steel appliances, wall  
oven, all Black Pearl Granite tops. The Masterbath has a large Walk  
in Shower, Bathtub, all Granite tops, Kohler designer faucets, built  
in the mirrors. 
 
The Villa Picasso also features a 1000sf outside SofTrak Golf Green  
in the Front Yard with chipping area.

Activities and Attractions

Rotonda is a deed restricted Golf community only minutes away from  
uncrowded sandy beaches. Also Rotonda-West is a Nature Preserve with  
many different animals you may encounter during your stay. 
 
Golf Courses are found in Rotonda with actually 108 holes and 9 more  
in 2008. Another 20 Golf Courses are within 10-25 minutes drive. 
 
Closest airports are Sarasota (50 min), Ft. Myers (60 min), Tampa  
(90 min), Orlando (2½h) and Miami (3½h)
