The large, gourmet kitchen is equipped for those who love to cook and entertain -- either inside or in one of two outside dining locations-- both with gas-fired grills. The spacious backyard is flanked by a French-styled game room and a large pool and spa set in a deck of Utah limestone.
There are two cars, a Lexus Hybrid SUV and an adorable four seater electric golf cart convertible, that you can take to the beach or around town. Also available for your use are bikes, beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels etc.
