This is a pet friendly environment and can be discussed on a case by case basis. Dogs and Cats will be accepted with an additional $15 per night fee. Pets must be potty trained, and be current on all their vaccinations.  Owner will be responsible for picking up after them.

*Separate entrance. Double French Doors off living room which  opens up onto a large 250 s.f. covered porch just steps from the water’s edge. 

*Kayak, gheenoe, paddle boat and paddle board the various channels and canals leading to and from the bay. Peaceful and very relaxing, work will be the furthest thing from your mind.

*Catch Snook, Redfish, and much more. Fishing Poles and Kayaks, canoe and paddleboards provided.  Within walking distance to Denny's Bait Shop and Piper's Marine.

*Use of Boat Dock with lifts for a boat and 2 jet skis.

Rental Rates and Conditions:

Check in time is anytime before 7 PM. Check out time is 11 a.m. unless other arrangements are made in advance.  Very flexible.

Sleeps 5-6.

Daily Rates starting at $159 per night plus tax. Holiday and special event pricing available upon request.  Rates subject to change without advance notification.

Weekly Rates starting at $1,110 and Monthly Rates at $2,995.

This is a pet friendly environment and can be discussed on a case by case basis. Dogs and Cats will be accepted with an additional $15 per night fee. An additional $150 pet deposit would be required of which $100 would be refundable.

50% of the amount due will be required in order to book the dates specified. Deposits vary depending up length of stay.

If a cancellation is necessary, it must be received in writing; 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date otherwise the deposit would be forfeited.
