Vista del Mare is an elegant 4 bedroom, 6 bath home located in the exclusive neighborhood of Destiny-by-the-Sea. This stunning home offers a lavish use of travertine and stone throughout, along with beautiful arches, high ceilings, and gorgeous moldings. For your convenience, there is an elevator that has access to all five levels of the home. There are two bedrooms found on the first floor along with a laundry room. The first bedroom has two bunk beds which have twin beds on top and full beds on the bottom. This bedroom features a private bathroom, walk-in closet, and a flat screen television with a DVD player. The second bedroom has a king bed with a private bathroom, walk-in closet, and a flat screen with surround sound and a DVD player.

On the third floor of Vista del Mare you will find a spacious and beautiful gourmet kitchen with an oversized island that seats six on barstools. This opens up to a dining room that comfortably seats six and is lit by a luxurious crystal chandelier. The living room with a flat screen television, DVD player and surround sound also features a pool table and fireplace. This room opens up to a sizable balcony with ocean views. Also found on this floor is an office and half bathroom.

The last two bedrooms are found on the third floor along with another laundry room. The third bedroom has a king bed with a private bathroom, walk-in closet, and a flat screen with surround sound and a DVD player. The fourth bedroom is the master suite and it features a king bed with a generous sitting area to enjoy the flats screen television, surround sound and DVD player. The suite has its own bathroom with his and her vanities, large shower, and jacuzzi tub. The master suite also opens up to a huge private balcony that offers amazing ocean views.

Venture to the top of Vista del Mare to take in the breathtaking panoramic views from the rooftop deck measuring at nearly 2,000 square feet. This area features an outdoor kitchen with a grill, mini-fridge, ice-maker, and sink. There is also a half bathroom on this level.
