Seneca Spring Cottage in Seneca Lake

Enjoy stunning sunsets from the eastern shore of Seneca Lake.  Seneca Spring Cottage is located in the heart of the Finger Lakes Wine Country We are just north of Lodi Point State Park (walking distance) which offers a convenient public boat launch, marina, and playground. 

Our cottage is named after the fresh water spring that supplies the water needs of the cottage.  This is the perfect place to enjoy your lake vacation.  You can simply relax and listen to the sounds of the waves or take advantage of all the activities the area has to offer including water sports, natural beauty and racing at Watkins Glen, Finger Lakes wineries, or nearby colleges in Ithaca (Ithaca and Cornell)

Seneca Spring Cottage features 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, living room/dining room. Fully equipped kitchen, and screen/glassed in front porch with panoramic lake views.  There is a dock and boat hoist which can hold up to a 19ft boat. There is some storage area for your bicycles or water toys.

Bedroom # 1 has one double and two twin beds. Bedroom #2 has one double and 2 twins.  Bedroom # 3 has one double. 

There is parking room for 3 cars.  RVs or campers are not permitted.

Beach area has fire pit, picnic table. resin armchairs and adirondack chairs available for use. 

Area attractions include:

• Many nearby wineries on both Seneca and Cayuga lakes
• Watkins Glen State Park
• Watkins Glen Auto racing
• Lodi Point State Park (boat launch/marina)
• Ithaca College and Cornell University

Pre-Season: Any week in May prior to Memorial Day. $200 per night with 2 night minimum. $950 per week.** 

Summer: Memorial Day through September 15th: $1,500 per week.  Weekend rates may be available.  Contact for details.

Fall: September and October: $200-$250 per night with 2 night minimum. $950 per week.**

$200.00 refundable security deposit collected at check in. ($200. for large groups)

For week long stays:

Check in Sunday 3:00 p.m.; Check out the following Saturday 11:00 a.m.

For weekend stays:

Check in Friday 4:30 p.m.; Check out Sunday 1:00 p.m. ( subject to change)

**Specials Events /Holidays- Special local events  will have a different rate schedule

Payment Policy:50% non-refundable deposit due up front to confirm reservation.  Remaining balance plus security deposit due 14 days prior to arrival.  We accept payment via PayPal direct transfer.

Cancellation Policy

• We will do our best to rebook your week.  If we are able to rebook, we will refund the rental fee less your deposit
