Vacation Rental Description

This is the place if you are seeking for a wonderful vacation with 
your families and/or groups. The elegance and attention to design 
details in this nicely appointed one year old craftsman home will 
provide the perfect setting for a memorable experience that lasts 
for a long time. Hardwood flooring, rich marble and tile, and the 
stainless steel appliances and nice furnishings make this vacation 
rental the best value in Hood Canal. It is also an ideal place for a 
family reunion.

There are four bedrooms and two and a half baths. The high ceiling 
living room is well lit thanks to the two dormers at the roof. The 
dining table can sit 10 people comfortably. Next to the dining room 
is the well equipped gourmet kitchen which adjoins the nook area 
with a nice view of the beautiful Hood Canal waters. The family room 
has a comfortable sofa and a propane fireplace with a brand new 27 
inch TV atop which makes it the perfect spot to watch a DVD movie 
with the family members or just pick from more than 100 channels 
from the cable TV. The master bedroom which has its own brand new TV 
is in the main floor gets its own full bath with jet tub. The fenced 
patio is a great place to do the BBQ while enjoying the view and the 
breeze from the water.

Situated along State Route 106 (90 minutes from Seattle) this 3/4 
acre home has commanding views of the gorgeous Hood Canal waters. If 
your timing is right, you may be able to witness Orcas chasing the 
local seal population. Our private beach boasts 230 feet of the 
tidelands full of succulent oyster and clams that are free for your 
consume during your stay. Salmon comes in late Summer and Fall. 
Shrimp (Spring) and Crab (Summer) are seasonal. When in season you 
could simply scoop (using a net) the crabs up from the water along 
our beach shore at low tides. Note: our house is on Highway 106 and 
our waterfront property is across the street from the house.

With all of these amenities and delicious seafoods( license is
required for clams and oysters), this home will definitely fulfil 
the vacation dreams and the enjoyments you long for. You will be 
happy you made the right choice. And this is the best value in Hood 
Canal waterfront vacation home.

Sep-Dec ... $200-230/night, 4 nights minimum .. $1190/week
Major Holidays (Jan-Dec) .. $200-250/night, 4-night minimum.

$100/Cleaning Fee & $250/Security Deposit applies to all rentals.
$15 per night per person for any groups more than 4 people.
check in: 4:00pm,check out time: 11:00am. Balance due 45 days prior 
to arrival.
Refunds Policy: Cancellations 30 days or more prior to arrival 
receive full refund less first night's rent and the security 
deposit. Less than 30 days, 
50% of total if alternate booking cannot be made.
