Wild Turkeys Lodge in Asheville

The Wild Turkeys Lodge is an idyllic piece of the universe - located in rural Madison County, Mars Hill, North Carolina,  The Lodge is a two bedroom rustic getaway - with king, and queen sized beds.  A wraparound covered porch, wood burning fireplace, and a huge TV.  Close to Asheville, the Blue Ridge Parkway, and nearby country towns.  The classic dream log home was built in 2003.  It was recently purchased by a Seattle Psychologist - looking for a perfect  getaway.  Historic Marshall, seat of Madison County is the jewel of the Blue Ridge. Close to the Wild Turkeys Lodge.  Weekly Bluegrass Music is featured at a local cafe. The Lodge will bring you to a private, and quiet area. Sitting on the front porch, you can gaze upon wild turkeys, and cattle on a nearby farm below. Plus, the outline of the Appalachian foothills.

Downtown Asheville, and the Biltmore Estate should be on the must-see list.  I would suggest a visit should be planned as part of your sightseeing activity.  Golf, Walking Trails, White Water Rafting, Dining, and Shopping are within 10 -30 minutes from the Lodge. 

Minimum Stay 3-nights...   4.5% North Carolina Sales Tax will be added to Room Rate.

Security Deposit:  A refundable security deposit is due at time of reservation - in the amount of $200.  Upon departure, the cabin is cleaned, and checked.  With an OK from the staff the deposit is returned to the guest within 2-3 days.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation period is a least 30 days prior to arrival.  The guest will be refunded the deposit minus a $100 cancellation fee.  The full amount on deposit is non- refundable for cancellations made within 30 days of arrival.  Although, if we are able to re-rent the same time period, we will refund a pro-rated amount back.  In case of cancellation, the total security deposit will be refunded.

Payment Policy:  Reservations are secured with a 50% down payment of the total rental fee. Plus, the security deposit of $200 is due within 2 days.  The final 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival date. CREDIT CARDS:  VISA, MASTERCARD, AND DISCOVER CARD are accepted. Monies are deposited in The Home Trust Bank, Asheville, NC in accordance with North Carolina Law.    

Rental Agreement: Upon reservation, a rental agreement will be mailed out to the guest - along with more general information concerning The Wild Turkeys Lodge.

IMPORTANT: RESERVATIONS MUST BE MADE AT LEAST TWO WEEKS BEFORE ARRIVAL DATE.

Rates are good until March 31, 2013. Effective April 1, 2013 Nightly rate $185/ weekly $1,175.
