Jan 1, 2012 - Dec. 31, 2012: $250/night, $1,750/week, $4,950/month, 3 nights minimum. 

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 5 singles or 11 people family style. Rates are subject to change without prior notice.

RESERVATION TERMS:

Minimum stay: 3 nights. 

Reservation Deposit: 25% ($250 minimum) payable via PayPal (4% fee), $US check or bank wire. Reservations are ONLY guaranteed once deposit has been received and rental agreement has been signed. The 75% balance can be paid by PayPal (4% fee), $US check or bank wire before arrival or in cash at check-in.

Property Damage Protection Fee: $69, onetime, non refundable fee, covers you up to $3,000 (Insurance offered only to US and Canadian Citizens/Residents) and $200 Refundable Cash Security Deposit  OR Cash Refundable Security Deposit of US$1,000 or $1,500 (if any kids) for all other Nationalities. $200 Cash Security Deposit is refundable via Paypal within 7 days of check-out. NO EXCEPTIONS PLEASE.

Cancellation Policy: Refund of advance payments (less $30 cancellation fee) 60 days prior to arrival, no refund if less than 60 days. Cancellation on or after arrival, all funds are forfeited

Check In after: 4.00 PM Check out before: 10.00 AM. If available, early check-in or late check-out must be requested one day in advance.

We do not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.
