At 432 Sea Lavender Court in the popular Oceanwoods neighborhood, you’ll find a wonderful 3 bedroom, 2 bath cottage (sleeps 6) that has been completely renovated and refurnished in 2011. You’ll enjoy the private woods and lagoon views and the 3 minute walk to Kiawah’s world ranked, uncrowded beach, as well as the bright interior of the house.

Night Heron Park, home of kids’ activities and the Kiawah Nature Center, is a short walk or bike ride away, and the 5 star Sanctuary Hotel is just a few minutes farther.

The living room has stylish and comfortable new furniture, with skylights and a hardwood floor. The media center includes a 42 inch LCD TV, Blu-ray/DVD player, iPod dock, and Bose CD player. The TV is sync’d with the house-wide wireless internet system, so you can use your Netflix account for streaming movies. The adjacent screened porch looks over the lagoon and woods.

The bright and spacious kitchen has custom cherry cabinets, quartz counters, hardwood floor and Bosch appliances. There’s a complete stock of dishes, glasses, pots and pans and a full sized front loading washer and dryer. If you’d rather cook outside, there’s a fantastic Weber gas grill on the deck, just outside the handy door from the dining room..

The dining room comfortably seats 6. After dinner, it’s a great place for games.

All of the bedrooms are newly furnished. They are carpeted and have LCD TVs.

Attached to the master bedroom suite (1 queen) you’ll find a new bathroom with custom maple cabinets, a granite counter and a tiled walk-in shower with glass door. On the other side of the bedroom, the sliding glass door gives easy access to the screened porch.

The other two bedrooms (1 queen, 2 twins) share a tile bathroom with custom maple cabinet, quartz counter and a tub/shower.
