Building Features

The building offers concierge Monday-Saturday with a locked entry only accessible by key fob.  Cameras are located throughout the building for added security.   The Building offers laundry room with washers and dryers. The building also features a gym on the 3rdfloor that includes treadmill, bike and free weights. There are vending machines located in the basement for late night snacks. 

Condo

The condo is located on the 15ht Floor and faces West.  Four large windows provide expansive sunset views and views of the Georgia Dome and CNN center.  The studio features full size kitchen, separate bathroom and sleeping and living areas.  The unit comes with complimentary wireless internet.  A 19inch television with DVD player is provided along with local channels accessible by antenna

Kitchen

The updated kitchen is stocked with plates, glasses, utensils and basic cooking utensils.  Coffee Maker and microwave are provided along with full size stainless steel oven, fridge and dishwasher. Granite countertops provide adequate counter space for cooking.

Bathroom

The bathroom features ceramic tiles and a bath/shower combination.  Bath and hand towels are provided.

Sleeping area

The studio features three beds (1) queen size (1) full size (1) extra long twin.  There is a small leather couch and desk also provided.  .  Beds are dressed with 250 thread count linens.   All bed linens are provided.

Gated Community with CCTV cameras and Concierge onsite Monday-Saturday.
