of downtown San Diego.   Less than
10 minutes from all the major San Diego attractions--Sea
World, Old Town, the San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, the
historic Gaslamp District, and, of couse the San Diego Bay and Ocean Beach.

Beautiful beach, world famous theme parks, SeaWorld the popular Del Mar race track and world famous 
San Diego 
Zoo, Balboa Park and Wild Animal Park are minutes away

Vacation Rental Rates

Mid Season- Mar 5-June 15: $750/night; $5250/ week (7 nights)
Low season- Sept 6-Mar 4: $550/night; $3850/week (7 nights)
Peak Season & Holidays-June 15-Sept. 5; Nov 22-30; Dec 
16-Jan 6: $7500/week (7 nights minimum stay) 
Deposit of 50% (non-refundable within 45 days). Security deposit of 
$1000 (refunded 2 weeks after departure). Cleaning fee $150.  
Balance 2 weeks prior to arrival. Until confirmed, rates are subject 
to change without notice.

CHECK-IN TIME is 3pm; CHECK-OUT TIME is 11am
