Lake Champlain Cottage, on 1.5 acres of wooded land, with 150
feet of lake frontage. Property is located off of exit 17 from
interstate 89. Heading to the Champlain Islands, a short drive onto
Bear Trap Rd., and through winding farm and country roads leading
you to Cold Spring Road. You will be in a picturesque and serene
setting unlike any other in Vermont. The water is clear and the
sunsets are spectacular. For directions and description of the

The cottage has a fully equiped kitchen with a range, microwave,
coffeemaker and refrigerator. Bedrooms have full and queen beds and
pullout couch. Scenic three season porch overlooks Lake Champlain.

Boating (motor boat usage included) for fishing, swimming off the
dock on the property, lake access from a scenic path out the back
door, hiking from front of the property connecting to Eagle Mountain
trails (maps provided in cottage,) with hundreds of acres of land
protected by the Vermont Land Trust. Kayaks available for your use.
Sand Bar State Park is 3 miles away. Champlain Islands are ten
minutes and a boatride away. The Burlington area is a 45 minute
drive for Marketplace shopping, and recreational activities at the
newly developed waterfront area and Echo Science Center, Lake
Champlain Ferries, University of Vermont. Shelburne Museum, Vermont
Teddy Bear Company, Ben and Jerry's Ice Cream factory and Stowe
Mountain resort are a one hour drive. Golf/tennis courses are easily
accessible throughout Chittenden County. Montreal and Canadian
countryside, including wine country and spas one hour away. Biking
is recommended, with miles of extensive bike paths accessing all of
the above.

Monthly rates are available upon request.
Daily rate of 200 dollars when available.Check in time is 2PM;
checkout 10AM on Saturday for weekly rental.
Cleaning fee is included. Renters must provide their own bedding and
towels. Bedding/towels and light provisions may be provided for a
$100 fee. Dog fee $50 per dog.
