**NO RENTALS TO UNSUPERVISED TEENAGERS OR STUDENTS!  The general rule in all condominium and townhouse associations on the entire island is that no rentals are permitted to anyone under 25 years old without parental supervision at all times.  If you are a group of teenagers searching for a rental, you need to search specifically for people who are searching for YOU!  Try craigslist.  Try a google search for Wildwood, NJ and "Under 25s".  There are websites that have special sections dedicated to "Under 25s".  Good luck!**
