football team, the Yankees baseball team, spring baseball training,  
the Tampa Bay Devil Rays professional baseball team, and the Tampa  
Bay Lightning professional hockey team. 
The house is 50 minutes from Disney World, Epcot, Seaworld,  
Universal  
Studios, MGM to the East. 
To the West is a 45 minute drive to the Gulf of Mexico including the  
number one beach in the country voted in 2005 Ft. DeSoto Park. 
It goes without saying that Florida is the sunshine state with many  
parks for biking and hiking all year round.
