This One bedroom wood view condo in the Harbor Building of the Landmark Resort is newly renovated this Spring.  It is fully equipped with a full kitchen with appliances, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, pots and pans, silver and serving dishes etc.  If you want to fix that brunch or candlelight dinner, you can do it. The condo is in beautiful shape.  If you want to relax there is a television with a DVD player and one with a VCR.  Curl up on the couch with a book.

  It is an end unit and is a few steps away from the outdoor pool, deck and a beautiful view of Green Bay during the day or at the time of sunset.  It is only a few steps out to the nearest grill, the parking lot, or the walking trails.  Watch the birds out on the porch or feel the breeze. 

Our rates are 25% below regular Landmark rates.  We maintain this condo at the highest of standards of cleanliness.  We don't charge extra for children or an extra couple that is sharing the unit with you.  We extend special discounts to pastors, missionaries and Christian workers.

The condo has a Queen bed and a Queen sleeper in the Living room.  Complete linens and towels are provided.   It is attractively and adequately furnished.  Use it to rest and recuperate or as a base to explore beautiful Door County.  The condo is heated and air conditioned.  It has beautiful windows that will open to allow fresh air in.  Blinds accent the windows to provide privacy.

Play cards at the table or tend to your emails.  WI FI access is available through out the Landmark Resort. Completely relax or take care of some necessary business.  A computer with a printer is available in the lobby.  Washers and dryers are available down the hall.

  A hot tub is downstairs and an outdoor pool, picnic and grill area are a few steps away.  An indoor pool and hot tub are available 24/7.  If you don't want to cook enjoy the Carrington Pub and Grill on the grounds. 

You are not renting a sterile motel room.  You have access to the 40 acres of the Landmark Resort.  If you want to swim, play shuffleboard, basketball or tennis facilities are available on the grounds.  Fine dining is available at the Carrington Pub and Grill  including the Friday night fish fry.  Golf is next door at the 36 hole Alpine Golf course.  Bike on in to Egg Harbor.  Eat at the Bistro or Casey's BBQ.

Consider checking out the shops and galleries of Door County.  Spring brings the apple and cherry blossoms in all their glory.  Flowers of all shapes and hues dot the landscape.  Don't miss the Festival of Blossoms in May or the Lighthouse tours.  There is something for everyone.  Take the kids and eat at PC Junction in Peninsula Center directly East of Egg Harbor on E Hwy.  Getting your lunch delivered on a train will bring a smile to your face and is a once in a lifetime experience.  Check out one of the State Parks on Green Bay or Lake Michigan.  Tour one of the nine lighthouses or linger in one of the museums on the peninsula.  Kayak or canoe in Green Bay or swim at the public beach in the Village of Egg Harbor.  Capture the sunset over Egg Harbor from the marina with your camera as you admire the boats moored there.

The Fall brings beautiful colors and the Pumpkin Patch Festival and other fall festivites plus karaoke and live entertainment on the weekends at the Carrington Pub and Grill.

The winter landscape sparkles with a fresh blanket of snow containing a beauty all its own.  A snowmobile trail comes right up to the Resort parking lot.  Cross country ski, snow shoe, hike or just relax with a cup of hot coffee in the lounge with a breathtaking view of Green Bay while you read a book.

We have two condo units in the Harbor Building at the Landmark.  Bring another family along with you and rent both condos.
