Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to confirm (applied to balance). The balance is due the week of check in.

Cancellation: Is 30 days from date of reservation. If you cancel prior to 30 days you will receive a refund, less a $25.00 service charge. If you cancel within 30 days there is no refund.
