Located on C Street in Solomons, the Little House is within walking distance of The Calvert Marine Museum (0.4 miles), Zahniser's Yachting Center & Dry Dock Restaurant (453"), The CD Cafe (0.3 miles), Solomons Pier (0.7 miles), Stoney's (0.4 miles), Tiki Bar (0.9 miles).  The location is perfect for biking, walking, or roller blading.  Kayak's can be put in the water on the pier on the property; the cove is very well protected from wind and other boats.  Larger boats can be launched within a mile of the property.
