Deposits:

We require a $300.00 refundable security deposit(if property is in same clean condition as beginning of rental) and half of weekly cost to hold reservsation. Other half due 1 month prior to rental week. Security deposit will be refunded within approximately 2 weeks upon satisfactory inspection.
