Enjoy our fabulous vacation paradise!! We are continuously updating our condo on the 8th floor with direct Gulf water views and blazing sunsets! Sip a cold drink or day dream on our tiled screened lanai facing due West! You can watch the many water and beach activities or participate in them by walking a few steps to the pristine white sandy beach. Beach chairs available.
This condo boasts a king-sized bed with walk-in closet, a walk-in shower, large flat screen TV and DVD and WIFI. There are fans for comfort as well as a new air conditioning system. Swim in our 2 heated pools, play tennis on 10 Har-tru courts, take lessons from our on-site tennis Pro, play bocce, shuffleboard, or enjoy our on site Beauty Salon or Masseuse. We also have 3 outstanding restaurants close by, the Bonita Breeze is on-site with entertainment, famous Doc's Beach House and Coconut Jack's on the Bay, all with al fresco dining.

November, December (except Christmas wk), and January rates are based on $750./wk with discounts given for longer stays. February and March rates are $950. per week. April rates are $850. All other months $700. There is a $75. cleaning fee and the Florida tax is 11%.
