This beautiful new home is located on Omalley Dr. in South Lake Tahoe.. This home is in the middle of Town and is close to everything including Heavenly Ski Resort, Downtown South Lake Tahoe, the Casinos, Stateline, Lake Tahoe, beaches, Marina’s, Dining, Entertainment and much more. The home sits on a quiet street just a few blocks off of Hwy 50. Directly behind the house is a huge meadow with a creek running through it. On the other side of the meadow is the Heavenly Ski Resort. This property has all the amenities including a very nice Hot Tub that overlooks the meadow, Full Size Air Hockey Table, wireless internet, wall mounted 50 inch TV in the Living room, bedroom TV’s, state of the art lighting, elegant flooring, oversized Bedrooms, warm decorations and much more.

You will be spoiled the moment you get your first sight of this property. The grand appeal in a natural forest setting is a vacation dream. The property boasts a heated driveway and walkways with built in snowmelt and drainage systems for worry-free access every time.

This home is three stories with 4 oversized bedrooms, a Loft, and three full size bathrooms. The first floor has a 3-car tandem garage for plenty of indoor parking, perfect for trailers. The entrance way has natural slate flooring and lots of room for shoes and snow boots. The first floor bedroom is a bonus because of its large size and feel of privacy. The bedroom has two full size beds and connects to a nice full size bathroom. The stairs leading to the second or main level are slate and the main living room is all imported Brazilian Cherry flooring. The openness of the main level is great for everyone being together and entertaining family and/or friends.

The second level has a large kitchen with all new appliances. There is lots of counter space for preparing big meals. The Kitchen overlooks the Living room with bar space and seating for 8 so everyone can be together. The living room is very spacious and has room for everyone to enjoy the HD experience with two couches and a giant lounge chair. The dining table and dining area are also in this area connecting the Living room and Kitchen. This design allows for the greatest variety of comfort within a given space.

On the other side of the second story are a large bedroom, full bathroom and laundry room. The bedroom has a comfortable queen sized bed, full size closet, TV and lots of floor space if needed. The second story bathroom is very spacious. There is a jetted tub that is perfect after the long days of skiing or outdoor adventures. There is a duel showerhead system for a great shower experience. The laundry room has front-loading machines, wash sink, counters and lots of storage.  There are double glass french doors that lead out to the second story deck and gas BBQ. It is great to hang out and cook on the deck while overlooking the meadow and creek from above. The views are fantastic and relaxing. Off the second story deck are stairs leading down to the private hot tub and gazebo or up to the third story deck.

Stairs from the main living area on the second floor lead to the third floor. On the third floor there is two very big bedrooms, the master bath, loft area and a third story deck that puts your view up in the trees.  The third floor landing is an oversized loft space with a twin bed and dresser. Perfect for the extra guest or the teenager that wants his or her own area. The master bedroom and master bath are both GRAND in size. The master bedroom has a California King size bed, a twin side bed, large closet, lots of storage and floor space, French doors to the third story deck and direct access to the master bath. The master bath is so big that it has an echo. The high ceilings and open area are really comfortable. There are double sinks and the surfaces are finished in Travertine tile. The walk-in shower easily accommodates two people with tons of area to move around. There is a custom shower system that includes duel showerheads and a body spray system with wall mounted sprayers on all sides.

The third floor has a second bedroom that is just as big as the master that has a king size bed, a twin size bed, TV, large closet and French doors to the third story deck.

The third story deck is 30 feet above the forest floor and looks out over the meadow with stunning views anytime of the year. The Heavenly Ski Resort is across the meadow.

This house sleeps 12. The bed arrangements are: bedroom #1 downstairs has two full size beds, bedroom #2 on the second floor has a queen bed, bedroom #3 on the third floor has a king and twin beds, bedroom #4, the master, has a Cal king and twin beds and the third story loft has a twin.

The rooms in this house are large enough to add blow up beds, air mattresses or sleeping bags and still have plenty of room to walk around. This is a great house in a perfect location.

the back is an 8 foot hydro spa with over a dozen jets. Relax in the Hot Tub while enjoying the views of the meadow. Challenge all your friends and family to a few sets on the Air Hockey Table. Commercial appliances, front loading washer/dryer, 52 inch HD TV, wireless internet, board games,
coffee maker, dual microwaves, blender, second and third story decks, heated

There is lots to do around the house. The house is on a nice street and
backs up to a beautiful meadow. In the meadow there is a year round creek that
is great for exploring. Along this creek is a trail that runs the entire length
of the Tahoe Basin and that stretches from the lake to the mountains. The
beautiful Lake Tahoe is only a few minute away with many different types of
beaches and Marina’s. There is shopping with the outlets at one end of the town
and the Casino malls at the other. Many local restaurants are within a throws
distance for all your dining pleasures. On the other side of the meadow is a
rec center that has pools, hot tubs and gyms. The Heavenly Ski resort is only a
couple minutes away across the meadow and Sierra ski resort is 20 minutes back
up the hill. This house is right in the middle of town and close to everything.
