This beautiful home is over 3500 sqft. and located right in the middle of the exclusive Tahoe Donner Neighborhood on Mougle Lane. All the amenities come with this house including close access to Donner Lake, ski resorts, rec center/gym memberships, shopping, entertainment and much more. This custom home is very comfortable for all of the family and friends to get together.

Three stories give you plenty of room for you and all your guests. The deck off the front of the second floor overlooks the entire valley with stunning views. The first story hosts the garages, bathroom and utility sink, the entry way, sitting area, ski and clothing storage. Stairs lead to the second floor or main area has a huge Kitchen and Living area. The Kitchen has plenty of room for preparing big meals with large counters, an attached bar/bar sink and a breakfast nook. The Kitchen and Living area are connected giving you a very open feeling. Watch TV and nature at the same time with large bay windows, floor to ceiling that overlook the entire valley.  The second floor has a flat screen HD TV and DVD, front and back decks, laundry facilities and two bathrooms. In the summertime, the front deck has furniture for great meals outdoors with incredible views.

The second floor also hosts two large bedrooms. One room has a step up queen bed and the other has two beds, a queen and a twin. Both rooms have plenty of floor space for extra guests if needed. The third floor has the master bedroom and fourth bedroom/entertainment loft. The oversized master bedroom has a California King bed, a separate twin with a separate toddler bed, a wood-burning fireplace and full bath. The master bath is huge with a Jacuzzi tub, his/her sinks with attached make-up vanity and a full separate shower. The master bedroom and bath have lots of floor space for a cozy feeling all to its own. The third floor also has the entertainment parlor/loft with two full beds, two twin beds, a convertible queen convertible couch, TV/stereo combo, computer station, traditional shuffleboard table, WI-Fi and Ethernet connection.

There are passes for our guests to use the private Trout Creek Recreation Center. This facility is a modern fitness center with multiple pools, hot tubs, workout gym, sauna, weights, state of the art fitness equipment and much more.

This house has all the

Association manages two recreation centers offering many amenities

exclusive to residents and renters.



Tahoe Donner winter amenities includes it’s own ski and snow play

are located within a 5 minute drive



In the summer enjoy Tahoe Donner's golf course, driving range,

equestrian center, tennis courts, hiking trails, pools, gym, beach, and much
more. One of many trailheads is just 
minutes from the house. At nearby Donner Lake there is a private boat
launch, beach and concession area for your use.

For winter play, the house is within minutes of some of the best ski and
snowboard areas - Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows, Sugar Bowl, Northstar, and
Tahoe Donner. In addition to the Tahoe Donner ski area, for non-skiers/boarders
Tahoe Donner has a snow play area that offers tubing and sledding. And don't
forget about trying the trails for snowshoeing too! Want to warm up...try a
winter swim in the outdoor pool at 80' water temp, or a spa at 95'...regardless
of the outside temperatures!
