South Beach and Bal Harbour, The Casablanca on the Ocean is the
perfect retreat for a romantic getaway.  (6345 Collins Avenue, Miami
Beach, Florida, 33140). This newly renovated suite (studio)
condominium offers a large 300 sq. ft. terrace with breathtaking 
views
of the ocean.  

This suite has private access to the warm, sandy tropical beach and
pool. Outside Shower by the Beach, Large Television, Dishwasher, 
Large
Refrigerator, Laundry Room on each floor, microwave, silverware, 
Large
closet, all linens, beautiful dinette, full Kitchen and full Bath.
There is a king size murphy bed for your comfort and a full size
futon. It has been newly renovated and we have added brand new
furniture. Consider our apartment your home 
away from home!

Vacation Rental Amenities

The Studio is located between Bal Harbour and South Beach. It is near
Sunny Isles and Mt. Sinai Hospital. In the Heart of Miami Beach. 
There
is an inside Restaurant with a wide variety of meals. Lunch and 
Dinner
are served daily. Live music is played by a band on weekends. 
Includes
private free valet parking space (a value of $15.00 per day).   

Activities and Attractions

This property is located right on the beach and is just minutes from 
trendy South Beach/ Lincoln Road Mall and from world famous Bal 
Harbor shopping. The fabulous South Beach night life and the Miami 
Art Deco district are only moments away! 

It is less than 30 minutes from the Miami Seaquarium, Bayside and 
other major attractions.  It is just 15 minutes from Miami Int'l 
Airport 20 minutes from Fort Lauderdale International Airport.


Some activities that may be done at the beach are sunbathing,
swimming, jogging, and a variety of watersports. Our condo is within
walking distance to Publix Supermarket, Navarro Pharmacy, Walgreens
Pharmacy, Blockbuster Movie Rental, Local Gym, Beauty Parlor, 
Laundry,
Local Park by the beach, Cafes and much more. 

Vacation Rental Rates

We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, and DISCOVER CARDS 
through PAYPAL.  Rates depend on the condo you choose.  We have
studios, one bedroom condos and two bedroom condos.

These rates may not apply to special events and holidays.

$300.00 to 400.00 - security deposit
Cleaning Fee based on length of stay and is due with rental payment.
