This suite has private access to the warm, sandy tropical beach and pool. The following are
included: large television, dishwasher, large refrigerator, laundry room on each floor, microwave,
silverware, large closet, all linens, dinette set, full kitchen and full bathroom. There is a king
size murphy bed for your comfort and a full size futon. It has been newly renovated. Consider our

The Studio is located between Bal Harbour and South Beach. It is near Sunny Isles and Mt. Sinai
Hospital. In the Heart of Miami Beach. There is an inside Restaurant with a wide variety of meals.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served daily. Your reservations will include private free valet
parking space (a value of $20.00 per day).

This property is located right on the beach and is just minutes from trendy South Beach/ Lincoln
Road Mall and from world famous Bal Harbor shopping. The fabulous South Beach night life and the
Miami Art Deco district are only moments away!

It is less than 30 minutes from the Miami Seaquarium, Bayside and other major attractions. It is
just 15 minutes from Miami Int'l Airport 20 minutes from Fort Lauderdale International Airport.


Some activities that may be done at the beach are sunbathing, swimming, jogging, and a variety of
watersports. Our condo is within walking distance to Publix Supermarket, Navarro Pharmacy, Walgreens
Pharmacy, Blockbuster Movie Rental, Local Gym, Beauty Parlor, Laundry, Local Park by the beach,
Cafes and much more.
