This unit is a perfect place to stay and relax. Close to the action without being right in the middle of it! Just 4 miles to Cherry Grove Beach and fishing pier. Bay Tree III is minutes from many golf courses including Possum Trot Golf, Heather Glens Golf Links, Black Bear and Eagles Nest Golf Club just to name a few. The Myrtle Beach International Airport is 25 minutes away. A great day trip to Wilmington N.C. is 60 minutes away. Making it easy to get to shopping malls, outlet shopping, Barefoot Landing and Broadway at the Beach the new Rt. 31 is within a mile off of Rte 9.
The unit has 1400 square feet making it very spacious. It includes 2 roomy master suites each with its own private bathroom upstairs and a powder room downstairs. The fully equipped kitchen adjoins the nice size dinning room for those special dinners. The screen porch and family room are very cozy and a great place to sit back and relax.
Within a very short walk from the unit Bay Tree III provides a private tennis court, outdoor pool (tables, chairs, and umbrella's) and of course a great hot tub. What a way to relax!
