Close proximity to the world renowned North Star Ski Resort. Across  
the street from national forest and ranger trails that are great for  
hiking, biking, cross-country skiing, and snow-mobiling. The lake  
and  
public beach is about 1 mile away. Golfing and shopping is nearby. A  
large rock hearth awaits for a crackling fire. 
 
Bedroom 1: 2 twins (downstairs) 
Bedroom 2: 1 full (downstairs) 
Bedroom 3: 2 queens (upstairs) 
Bedroom 4: 1 queen + 1 futon (upstairs)

Pets allowed with additional pet deposit. All appliances are  
onsight.  
A full size gas BBQ awaits on the adjoining deck.

Fireplace, Barbeque, Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer. Pull through driveway  
for pulling a boat or snowmobiles. Cross Country skiing and hiking  
within walking distance. Up to 4 cars can be parked in driveway.  
 
All linens and towels provided.  
Check in 4:00pm, check out 11:00am.  
Firewood available - first come first served.  
Fully stocked kitchen with service for 12 + extra settings

Winter & Summer: 
$212/night for 2-3 nights. 
$180/night for 4-5 nights.   
$160/night for 6-7 nights.  
 
Spring & Fall: 
$130/night for 2-3 nights. 
$120/night for 4-5 nights. 
$100/night for 6-7 nights. 
 
Holiday: 
Christmas/New Years $275/night w/ 7 night minimum  
4th of July $275/night w/ 7 night minimum  
Presidents Day $275/night w/ 3 night minimum 
Thanksgiving $225/night w/5 night minimum 
 
Inquire about lengthy rental periods or ski season rates. 
$110 cleaning fee  
$200 security deposit 
$200 pet deposit (optional) 
10% Occupancy Tax (required by Placer County)
