The kitchen is nicely equipped and offers new appliances. Sleeping arrangements include a queen bed, a comfortable sleeping sofa that accommodates 1 adult and an additional sleeping option if needed. There is a flat screen TV and a DVD player.

Linens, towels, various supplies, beach chairs, beach towels, a high chair and a pack n play are provide for your convenience. There is one parking space in a 2 car garage (fits economy/compact car).

The home is conveniently located in the heart of Mission Beach. It’s in walking distance to many convenience stores, bars and restaurants. The Santa Clara and Aquatic Recreation Center as well as the famous Catamaran Hotel are only a short walk away.
