Vacation Rental Description

This quaint two bedroom, one bath beach cottage is ideal for family  
vacations. 
 
The beautiful sandy beaches of the Pacific Ocean, beautiful  
Mission Bay Park, beach rentals(skates, bikes, boogie boards etc.),  
convenience store and laundromat, are all only seconds away.

Vacation Rental Amenities

A large living area furnished with a convertable sofa (sleeps 2),  
chairs, coffee table, end tables, cable TV, VCR, DVD, telephone, small  
desk work area w/telephone modem hookup. 
 
The dining area has a table (expandable with leaves) and can  
accomodate four or more persons. 
 
The kitchen amenities include: range w/oven, broiler & cooktop,  
refrigerator, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, cookware,  
utensils,and table service. 
 
The two bedrooms are separated by a curtain with a bunk/futon bed in  
the smaller rear bedroom (sleeps 1 top, 2 bottom) and a standard  
double bed in the larger front bedroom.  Each is furnished with a  
chest of drawers,  All bedding and linens are included. 
 
The bath adjacent to the two bedrooms is furnished with a large  
shower and all bath linens. 
 
The large partially covered rear yard/patio is equipped with a patio  
table, chairs and BBQ. The rear yard may alternately be used as off  
street parking for most cars, as your needs and parking skills  
dictate. 
 
There is also a small front yard, good for people-watching, that many  
residents prefer to use as a patio (especially if the rear yard is  
used for parking).

Activities and Attractions

A wide variety of fine dining establishments (breakfast, lunch and  
dinner), night life, Bahia Belle Bay Cruise, Belmont Park (with its  
historic Giant Dipper wooden roller coaster) and many other  
attractions are all only a short walk away.

Sept 29 thru May 16      $100/day($150/1st day)     $650/week 
  
$100 Refundable Security/Cleaning deposit 
(rentals of less than one week will require higher deposits)
