This quaint beach cottage is ideal for family vacations.

The Beautiful Sandy Beaches of the Pacific Ocean, Mission Bay Park, restaurants, coffee shop, laundromat,beauty salon, beach rentals (skates, bikes, boogie boards etc.) are all literally only seconds away.

The large living area is furnished with a 26” flat screen TV, DVD, sofa (sleeps 1), chairs, coffee table, end tables and dining area to accommodate 4 (or more with expandable the leaves).

Basic cable TV and wireless internet are included.

The kitchen amenities include: gas range w/oven and 4 burner stovetop,
refrigerator, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, cookware, utensils, and table service.

There are three sleeping areas. Two off of the living room and one off of the kitchen. The two sleeping areas off of the living room are separated only by a curtain. The larger front area is furnished with a chest of drawers and a standard double bed. The other two sleeping areas are furnished with convertible sofa beds (also called clic-clacks or divans. These beds are narrower than a standard double. They can sleep two children or one adult. All bedding and linens are included.

The bath is accessible through the two sleeping areas adjacent to the living room and is furnished with a large shower and all bath linens.

The large partially covered rear yard/patio is equipped with a patio table, chairs and BBQ. The rear yard may alternately be used as off street parking for most compact or mid-sized cars, as your needs and parking skills dictate.

There is also a small front yard, good for people-watching, that many residents prefer to use as a patio (especially if the rear yard is used for parking).

A wide variety of fine dining establishments (breakfast, lunch and dinner), night life, Bahia Belle Bay Cruise, Belmont Park (with its historic Giant Dipper wooden roller coaster) and many other attractions are all only a short walk away.
