Quiet, Relaxing and Family Oriented
Unit is very clean, supplied with everything you would possibly need to make your vacation like you were at home-- free wifi, water softener and purifier, beach chairs to take to the beach to relax, read a book or just watch the waves. Ocean front, on the fourth floor with single balcony and a beautiful view of the ocean. You can sit on the deck with a cup of coffee, watch the sun rise or set, dolphins, turtles and the surfers. Sit inside with the deck door open and listen to the sound of the ocean while you read or just relax. Easy excess to boardwalk, pool etc with a elevator. The Surf Restaurant is across the street within walking distance. You can walk across the street and have drinks, listen to music and relax. Close to shopping and activities for the whole family to enjoy.

May 1st - Sept 15th - $220.00 daily / $1,320.00 weekly
During June and July we rent from Saturday to Saturday.
Weekly - The 7th night free.
NOTE: All rates are plus Florida tax and departure cleaning fee.
At the time of reservation a $200.00 deposit is required. Any Major Credit Card can be kept on file in lien of a security deposit. You may pay on the day you arrive at the office by cash, credit, debit or check.
