Prices are in US dollars and subject to change without notice.
Prices are based on 2 people in each bedroom. Additional charges apply
for extra people.
Minimum stay is three nights with the exception of the December
holiday period and US Thanksgiving week where a 7-day minimum applies.
A 14% tax will be added to the rental fee.
The weekly fee is based on 7 nights. If you stay more than 7 nights,
divide the weekly fee by 7 to get the daily fee for additional nights.

Deposit: 50% deposit is required in order to secure a
reservation.
Balance to be paid at least 45 days before arrival.
Damage deposit of 500 USD required prior to arrival.
Damage deposit returned within 10 days of check out.
