washer-dryer in unit. You get one-on-one personal service from the owner when you rent this condo.

Unmatched amenities include: Large heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi, 16
tennis courts, poolside cafe/bar, saunas and walking trails. This is
the best tennis club in the area and the swimming pool is beautiful

of Naples, the jewel on the west coast of Florida with pristine

2012 High Season Rates (January 1 - April 30)

Monthly (high season):
$2,600 per month for one month contract;
$2,400 per month for two or three month contract.

Weekly (high season):$900 - $1,250.00 per week.

Off Season Rates (May 1 - November 30)

Monthly (off season):
$1,800 per month

Weekly (off season):
$800 per week

All rental contracts are negotiable with discounts for longer stays or EARLY BOOKINGS.
All rental agreements are subject to 10% Florida room tax. There is
a $100 transfer fee for club membership.
