Daily Rental Rates:

OCT-MAR   -   $120.00 per day (2 night minimum)

APR-SEP   -   $145.00 per day (2 night minimum)

Holidays   -   $235.00 per day (3 night minimum)

Weekly Rental Rates (holidays not included)

OCT-MAR   -   $500.00

APR-SEP   -   $600.00

Monthly Rental Rates:

OCT-MAR   -   $1450.00

APR-SEP   -   $1650.00

Cleaning fee is $100 per stay

Rates include: WIFI, water, trash, power, Directv, local phone

2 options for Damage/Security deposit

     Option #1 - $100 non refundable Insurance protection.  This covers up to $2500 inin damage protection

     Option #2 - $500 refundable security deposit

$100 deposit due immediately once availability and dates have been confirmed.  Deposit is fully refundable up to 30 days before your stay.  If you have to cancel within 30 days I will hold your deposit until I find another renter for your dates.  If for some reason I cant find replacement renters the deposit will not be refunded

Final payment is due ASAP or no less than 2 weeks before your stay.  Payment is fully refundable up to 30 days before your stay.  50% refundable if your stay is 2 weeks or less away.  Again if I can find a replacement renter I will refund 100% of this.
